Technical and practical thinking
Craftsmanship, planning and technical work preparation shape the way processes are broken down and rebuilt in a practical way.
LinaFora was created because good workflows should not become more complicated just because they go digital.
For almost a decade, I have worked professionally with vehicle transfers. Every day involves protocols, handovers, photos, signatures, expenses, trip planning and many small steps that need to be documented properly.
What I was missing was a solution that did more than simply recreate existing forms digitally – one that supports the entire workflow in a practical way. An application that genuinely saves time, remains flexible and stays easy to use.
That practical need is what led to LinaFora.
That is why features are not planned only in theory. I use the solutions I develop in my own day-to-day work, so it quickly becomes clear where something is cumbersome, missing or can be improved.
My professional background combines craftsmanship, technical planning and vehicle logistics. Software development grew out of concrete day-to-day requirements – which is why LinaFora always keeps the future user’s perspective at the centre.
Precision, technical understanding, drawings and the practical implementation of planned solutions form the craft foundation of my career.
Study and further training in wood and wood-material technology, followed by technical training, deepened my knowledge of CAD/CNC, statics, technical drawing and structured evaluation of technical tasks.
Workshop drawings, parts lists, CNC programs, material orders and project monitoring showed early on how important well-structured information is for smooth processes.
As a site manager, technical planning, material orders, site supervision and project meetings were part of daily work – exactly the interface between planning, documentation and actual execution.
Since the end of 2018, I have independently organised and carried out vehicle transfers. Handover documentation, scheduling, order organisation, documentation and billing are part of the daily workflow.
The desire for better workflows led to my own protocol and invoicing solutions, dynamic websites, Android apps and web applications. For around two years, I have focused particularly intensively on AI-assisted development and the iterative improvement of my own tools.
Many decisions at LinaFora come from direct daily use. This combines structured development with a direct view of whether a feature actually helps in everyday work.
Craftsmanship, planning and technical work preparation shape the way processes are broken down and rebuilt in a practical way.
Unnecessary clicks, missing functions or opportunities for improvement become visible quickly in direct use and can be assessed without long internal processes.
Especially with unusual protocols or individual workflows, the first step is not a standard package but understanding the actual process.
“Not as much software as possible – just the functions that make a workflow easier.”
